From Day 1 of contacting Sachin, as per requirement, I gave all papers to him.


Initially, I had a requirement of a 22 lac loan, At that time Sachin told me that it will be charging a max to max of Rs. 38, 000/- for all including Processing fees + Government + Other fees.


And he never told me that about insurance, which he put in the docket bag without asking and charging an extra 5% of the loan amount i.e. Rs.90, 000/-, which is a very big amount for me, and after asking Sachin on the 28th September night he told me it is mandatory; Then why has he not disclosed about this earlier.


All of a sudden on the last day your team used tack ticks to force me to buy Insurance, and after refusing to buy this insurance you increased my processing fees from 0.5% to directly 2%.


And yesterday Sachin told me that by mistake he gave me processing fees for Home Loan and I am taking LAP, then why did Sachin tell me so late?


If Sachin is working with PNB and handling the loan process, he does not have any idea about the charges??


So my question is that if I buy Insurance of Rs.90, 000/- after that submission are you increasing the processing fee to 1%; Yesterday Sachin told me that he is adjusting this up to 1%.


Yesterday on telephonic talk, you told me that, still my papers are not clear and you need extra papers. You are asking me only to pressure me to buy the insurance and pay the extra processing fees and only to harass me, you have told me to come and talk in the office branch because you know it is not possible for me as I am also busy with my work.


AND AT THE LAST MOMENT OF LOAN PROCESSING YOU AND SACHIN DOING THIS TO PRESSURE ME.


If My papers are not clear then after 14th September why Sachin did not call me for this?, from the last two weeks I am always doing follow up with Sachin and asking about the legal process, and he told me that he is busy with training, because of this it's late.


Your team never gave fees breakup on paper or by mail. only verbal communication details for the last 3 months and also never told me about insurance, AND MANY TIMES I ASK TO SACHIN TO MAIL ALL THINGS BUT HE NEVER DOES THIS.


You and Sachin are totally working unprofessionally. and also wasting my money and 3 months.


Giving wrong information to catch customers is a very bad and unprofessional thing that you and Sachin are doing.


DOING SO MUCH TIME PASS PURPOSELY AND NOW GIVE ME 2 DAYS TO SUBMIT MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, JUST ONLY TO PRESSURE ME AND FORCE ME TO DO THE THINGS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, I.E., BUY INSURANCE OF RS. 90, 000/- OR PAY AN EXTRA PROCESSING FEE.


@ PNB HOUSING FINANCES TEAM - IT IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I AM FACING WITH YOUR TEAM BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS OTHERWISE, IT WILL ALSO AFFECT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE BANK REPUTATION.
