Have booked an hotel and paid as per oyo policy paidaoround 800 rest they told me to pay in hotel


When I reached hotel there was no room and they told me to call oyo support at 2 am I was with 5 months old kid and waiting road side Called to oyo customer care they kept on hold and there was no response for 15 min and call got disconnects Tried again and got the same experience After 2 hours went to another hotel and booked for higher price and luckily got only one room initially booked 3 rooms Next day got call from oyo and they told sorry we will refund whatever I paid but there was no refund upon checking cancellation fee was taken so there was no refund Please please dont book through oyo experience happened September 9th 2019
