No use of this product i followed every advice in diet excercise timing and all , i reduced 2 kg because of my diet n excercise not because of oriflame product i believe. oriflame adviser assured me that i will definately reduce 15 kgs in 2 months ( gained same 2 kg afterwards). SORRY to say this waste of money thats it.
