The Sailing Is Fab So Far

The Sail 1.6 we bought has been a superb investment so far. I love it. The Family loves it.

The car could do with a standard roof rail for extra luggage space but hey it more than makes up for this in its handling and over all attitude.

The foot pedals take a little getting used to and once you are set it is a bril ride.

The fuel economy has been as promised and I get about 14kmpl with out A/C in city and more on long hauls.

Dying to touch base with other Sail users out there to form a club for Sail users and a little community kind of thing. After all being like minded enuff to buy the Sail will mean being like mided about tonz of stuff.

The Opel Sail, the hatchback version of the Corsa was a bit late in arriving, but all that trouble brewing at Turin made it the car to buy if you didn't like the looks of the face-lifted Santro (the Xing). I drove a Corsa Swing for quite some time and, going by the experience, the Sail would be an ideal hatch for a small Indian family... if they have not bought a Santro yet.
