If you have decided to host a function on this property then make sure that you have put all the cost components(to the last possible detail) on the paper - including Service Surcharge, Service Tax etc. - and have the same signed up by them. Make sure you know what is included and what is extra. Otherwise, you will leave with a bitter taste of an otehrwise good event.
The worst part is that the lady in charge of the property will say such unkind and unnecessary words that you will feel like regretting having hosted the event at all on this property.
