Ola cabs are one of the worst cab ever which I preferred in my lifetime for any journey.Ola is a huge taxi company in india, it does not look for their customers comfort or service but their only motto is to earn more and more profit.some of the key reasons why many people does not prefer ola are as listed below.
1) .Fare: ola charges high fare for even small rides, once I booked a ola for a distance of 1km and they charged me rs 100 for that.so after that I never booked any ride from ola.
2) .When you book an cab and if driver cancel the ride you are charged rs 50 in your next ride as cancellation charge without any ride.
3) .Ola does not maintain hygiene and their cabs are not well maintained and equipped, they always provides smelly cabs to the rider, they also continue to use damaged cabs for their rides.
4) .Drivers: Their drivers are not professionals and well-disciplined, they behaves harshly and rudely to their riders.
5) .while booking a cab they does not show the exact arrival time of the cab.if it shown that the cab will arrive in 5min it will take more than 5min for the cab to arrive.
6) .they offer you different taxi while they show different one while booking, if it shown that you will ride in Toyota innova in place of that they offer you ertiga car.
7) I strictly recommend not to trust ola and never book any ride.
