I ordered 3 articles online from ONLY but received only 1 in the parcel and it wasn’t properly sealed as well as not damaged. I filed a complaint to the customer care for refund hoping for a good service from a renowned brand like this, but what I got in return, ‘asking for some time to figure out’ which turned into ‘no reply back’ soon despite of constant reminders. I am highly dissatisfied by the service and felt cheated for worth 2k. If ONLY customer care reading the message please revert me on mail.
