I bought 5 items from online only store. Was very happy receiving all my clothes. To my surprise one dress didn't fit well so requested for a return. I bought all those clothes in April and till today my return was not addressed. The clothes are expensive so it really hurts buying something that doesn't fit and you are unable to return. My money is stuck, the dress is just lying at my house and so many times I've written to the customer service team but there's no response. Very upset with ONLY.
