I have used this brand only one time I bought a formal shirt from Mumbai in Realiance Stores, It was nice with having good look but its found very cheap product during using
After 4 or 5 times washing this shirts its color gone automatically and its looked very old and non impressive, After some months when I have visited again at Mumbai I have visited at this Realiance Stores also and ask to them for such issues but they completely ignored to me and denied for replacement
We found that the staff courtesy was zero and nothing like customer support and service
Really it was very bad experience with Net Play brand due to its low product quality and very poor service response and there is no value of our money for such quality less products and its found non reliable and non recommendable products
