The toll free number(1800 200 6626) being posted in their main page of the website and even in the emails to customers is not working. Please provide a working toll free number for customers to contact.
I have tried many times today but every time the same response(the number is not in use/working).
Even to respond to a simple clarification on my MF folios, they take 3-4 days to respond, but not with clarity. I dont think the customer service representative is able to understand the question(at least in my case). Why can't they call the customer to clarify if they are not able to understand the question.
