This product of mother dairy is really appreciatable one. Although I use several products of mother dairy but I didn't find them good. This is full of cream and fat. It is good for heath also. Person who are doing gym should use this daily since they need fat for gaining weight. It is tasty also. One can also drink it without boiling it. Even without boiling I find it very tasty to drink. Unlike other brands this doesn't have artificial smell in it. I am drinking this for 4 years and I have seen that there no change in product atleast since four years and it has improved my health a lot.
