True Taste of Fresh Milk. Review on Mother Dairy Full Cream Milk

Milk is the first and foremost requirement in every household. When we shifted to Delhi, we took milk from various dairies where cows/buffalos are milked before your eyes. Sometimes, it was too watery, sometimes smelly. It was very difficult to search for good quality fresh milk. Ultimately, I decided to go for packed Mother Dairy Milk from the nearest mother dairy booth. Then my search for the good milk ended here. The quality of the mother dairy milk of all variants of the milk(full cream, toned and double toned) was very good, which are available at different rates. It tastes best in its all three forms. Full cream milk is so creamy and good for making sweets like Gajar Halwa and solid creamy curd at home. Toned milk is fit for drinking directly whereas double tone milk is best tea/coffee preparation. Other milk products like Ice-cream, Misty Doi(sweet curd), chhanch(salted), paneer and cheese are also available from mother dairy at a fair price. It is highly advisable that if you are in Delhi/NCR, don’t think for other milk and milk product where Mother Dairy products are available
