After being with ghettro (oops), I mean metro pcs for five long years I decided to move the family to AT&T when once again I got the same song and dance when my son's phone's sound quality diminished after only 3 months of use.


After purchasing several phones over the years, I learned that it is always the same..... either the phone is scratched and they can't take it back or the "water mark" it not intact or not there at all, etc. It's NEVER their faulty, cheap and substandard phones. What does a few scratches have to do with sound quality? Anyway, if you are looking for a provider with above average customer service, I suggest AT&T. Since being with Metro for so long, it feels like AT&T is falling all over themselves to make me happy! You really do get what you pay for.
