I have taken Oriantal family floter 3/4 yrs back from medimanage and I have been promised that will get intimation on renewals and any changes . it was going good for last 3 yrs and I have paid all premiums via medimanage portal. In this yr policy was due for renewal and got email from medimanage saying oriental insurance has changed rates and you will come back to me with new rates shortly and after that I did not hear from medimanage .  because of which I could not renew my policy . I did not get any notice from oriental insurance also.


I guess one thing medimanage suppose to do and they failed in that.


UPDATE:


After this review have send email to Sudhir Sarnobat CEO of medimanage and I got prompt reply from him and issue is resolved now. I am increasing star rating of medimanage:-)
