My complaint to Medical Authorities in India

I am reporting the issue of the in-ethical act by greedy Hospital Max healthcare


-Who after getting vulnerable patients at times of medical emergencies make them sign at terms and conditions of the hospital at times for Admission,


-And later bill them wrongly and /Or treat them carelessly so that patient cannot a complaint or raise their voices/complaints;


-Max hospital, Gurgaon(max healthcare) has not only billed me wrong but also added wrongly the medicines which have not been injected or given to me.


I want action on max Healthcare and justice to me.and looking for help from National authorities against the hospital which is making healthcare unaffordability in India due to malpractices;


My complaint against max healthacre:


On 2nd August 2018, I was admitted to MAX Healthcare, Gurgaon with a severe headache and possible scissor as I am neurological Patient with diagnosed CNS Vasculities and have been taking treatment from Namit Gupta on OPD;

I HAD LOT FO OBSERVATIONS ABOUT NEGLIGENCE OF nursing STAFF WHICH SEEMS VERY UNTRAINED AND CARELESS, about hospital organization and Lot of other miscellaneous issues;


BUT I AM WRITING HERE TO HIGHLIGHT BILLING DISCREPANCIES;


1)IN MY BILL Medical history assessment charges of preserving my records is charged as 1500/-, I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED PRESERVATION OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS AND COST INCURRED TO PATIENT; THIS WAS NEVER REQUESTED AS TPA ALWAYS MAINTAINED THE RECORD IN ITS BOOKS; AND I do not want MAX hospital to preserve my records; I have stated that I do not want these charges applied, and so want reversal and refund of charges applied by Max hospital, THE CHARGES ARE UNETHICAL AND BREACH MY PRIVACY AND I DO NOT WANT AMX HOSPITAL TO SHARE MY RECORDS TO ANYONE ELSE THAN MY INSURANCE/TPA AND THEREFORE SHOULD NOT CHARGE ME OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS MAINTENANCE WITHOUT MY CONSENT;


2)I have not come across any RMO doctor in my 2 days of admission, neither he met me not I visited him in hospital, but despite no visit 600*2 days= 1200/- is wrongly charged in my bill;


3)On day 1, I told dietitian on very first day that I do not need any services as I do not have diet-related issues of Diabetes, heart, cholesterol or BP and I will be on normal & hygienically prepared food but despite that I am charged Dietitian fee without my consent on wish; and is in ethical to enforce the same as mandatory to patients even on regular normal Diet;


4)A lot of medicines in my bill were returned to the pharmacy and are not injected and given orally yet these are billed wrongly in my invoice; I want to highlight this as very shameful and crook act by the max hospital.


I have SENT the above COMPLAINT email to max hospital(stakeholders: rajan.sachdeva@maxhealthcare.com, anjit.mehta@maxhealthcare.com, Vinita.bhasin@maxhealthcare.com, ips@maxhealthcare.com, "Dr. Kapil Goyla" , Renu Jain , feedback.ggn@maxhealthcare.com, duty.manager_ggn@maxhealtgcare.com) but as I have not got any response from them AND MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN IGNORED, I will like to raise this with all Govt Authorities, PMO office, Health departments across India, medical Council, District CMO, Nodal officer Health Departments to get justice and raise my voice against inethcial acts by greedy hospitals and harassment & exploitation by Max Healthcare during times of medical emergencies to vulnerable patients;
