The Undertaker, the dead man and a graveyard!. Review on Mark Calaway

DEAD MAN WALKING

Mark Callaway, has been dominating the wrestling ring as the Undertaker for about fifteen years now. He used to be my favourite wrestler about ten years ago, and still manages to be so. He had been part of all the WWF and WWE trump cards and had been introduced as a powerful fighter in those games based on WWE. The fact is that you got the advantage if you play as this man.

Ater debuting in the Survivor Series of 1990, the Undertaker has got an impressive 13-0 record at Wrestlemania events, still to taste defeat. He has beaten the best including Hollywood Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H, and the biggest including Yokozona, Kamala, The Big Show and A-Train in his long career.

The four time world champion and the six time tag team champion had been one of the darkest and the most scary superstars in WWE. He had also been the Hardcore Champion as he been Rob Van Dam. He has not been at his best these days, but he still manages have an entrance style and the variety of moves which are enough to keep him going. It will be only a matter of years or may be months before this one will get into the WWE Hall Of Fame.

THE BIG EVIL

Undertaker, also called as the dead man, big evil, phenom and badass in the previous years when he had been going through different identities (with different hair cuts and moustaches too). You will never be seeing the same Undertaker every time you watch WWE or log onto WWE.com, everything will never be the same.

The coffin had been the speciality of the Undertaker as he has used it lots of times to surprise his opponents and gain the psychological advantage over them. He used to rise from the coffin or put his opponents in there. His favourite quotes used to be ''You will rest in peace'' and ''This is my yard''.

This man has been part of some of the most brutal matches in WWE history including the first Hell in a Cell match with Shawn Michaels, and the historic Hell in a Cell match with Mankind where the Mankind was thrown from the top of the cage, also choke slammed through the cage and also backdropped and choke slammed on to nails!

These two have also met in a Boiler Room Brawl, this time too, the first of its kind. He also set his brother Kane on fire in the first ever Inferno match. He was the part of lots of casket matches and also the buried alive matches which used to be the speciality of the dead man. Thus this man has been a major part of revolutionising WWE with his unique style.

Even after having a highly intense character, Undertaker is also known for showing intense amount of respect to the other superstars, we could see a few examples of his style of mutual respect, after beating Jeff Hardy for the Undisputed Championship as well as beating Rey Mysterio in a tournament to determine the No;1 contendor for the WWE championship. He had been one of the few legends who gave the mind and body to the business.

THE PAST AND THE PRESENT

Born on March 24, 1965 in Houston, Texas, Undertaker is a prominent member of the Smackdown locker room, even if he make only a few appearances, but still more than the Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hollywood Hulk Hogan. He is supposed to take on Mark Henry and later Kurt Angle for the World Heavy Weight Championship at No Way Out Pay Per View. He is also supposed to tour Australia in the upcoming Wrestlemania Revenge Tour.

The tallest men in the business, Giant Gonzales, Kevin Nash, Sycho Sid, Kane, and Big Show have been beaten by the dead man, something that is achieved only by him. In the recent years, he had been part of feuds with Randy Orton, John Bradshaw Layfield etc. Still the most important feud of him may be that with his brother Kane himself which involved some of the best matches in the wrestling history. They had even wrestled as a tag team, as the Brothers of Destruction.

Undertaker's devastating moves include the Last Ride (an innovated power bomb), Choke slam and Tombstone Pile driver. Undertaker has the advantage of not only his height and strength, but also the speed which makes him as good as a cruiser weight with the high level athletic moves. He is supposed to be one of the crowd favourites ever since his debut, due to his unforgiving and devastating nature. Remember him as the big terror striking villain in the movie ''Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi'' with Akshay Kumar?
