I worked in Margadarsi in the past and I call tell you what they do. They basically collects money from one investor and give them to another investor whose investment matured. The workplace was full of cheaters and had only aim to loot money from their customers. There was no question of career growth or job security as you won't get any. The salary comes from a part from an investor's investment. The biggest looter is the CEO himself who often came with tempting offers in order to get more investors and fill their own wallets.
