This instant Oats Upma mix is quick to make and ideal for breakfast. Obviously it is a healthy option to the well known sooji upma and by adding a few boiled vegetables like peas and carrots you can enhance its nutritional value.
I had bought this small packet(100 g) for an elderly aunt who lives alone but, since I had already given her a lot of instant foods, she had asked me not to send any more until she used what she already had. This morning I was wondering what to make as I was running out of time and it was a blessing to find this package.
Now to be very frank, it tastes exactly like oats upma-nothing more, nothing less!
The only downside is the small print which makes it very hard to read the instructions and other things.
The cost might also be prohibitive as for Rs 20 you can surely make mountains of upma. Still it is a blessing to working couples, hostel inmates and even travelers.
