My nephew was suffering from Dengue fever and he was referred to Lucid Vikrampuri(karkhana) on 14th Oct 2016 for Ultrasound of abdomen by Nest hospital doctors. It took 2 hrs for Lucid staff to perform an Ultrasound after taking the money 2 hrs before. My 8 years old nephew was not feeling welland inspite of that they kept us waiting. And the support staff was rude enough to walk away on my face when I was trying to give them the feedback of their service. In two hours you will be attended in Govt hospital as well, why we need to pay hefty amounts for pvt diagnostic centers.
We cannot see our family members suffer due business tie-ups docs and hospitals have. Lucid needs improve their services and educate their staff as well. Will never recommend Lucid to any family or friends.
