I was looking for face masks and came across Louise Phillipe, sorry to say, I complained to their "happytohelp" email informing them of the Shoddy workmanship and quality not as per original description of the product, but sorry to say, the response was, our products are standard quality. End of story.
I want to bring to the notice of other genuine customers, please beware of buying from them, unless you want to pay more and get cheap stuff. Please see the pictures, it's mentioned that inner layer is knit fabric, but here it isn't. Elastic is stitched in very bad way.
I gave them my contact details et al, but no one cared or cares even to give a courtesy call back.
