I ordered two pairs of loafers November of 2019. Today is March 16 2020 and the only thing I've received are lies, empty promises and excuses! After four months of total bs from this company I decided to file a claim with my bank since Lords decided to blocked me on instagram for requesting an update on my claim. This company is the absolute worst online experience by far and from the looks of it I'm not the only one that shares this sentiments. Totally disgusting!
