I placed an order for 2 personalised bank card holders 13/12/2019. Wishful thinking a last minute Xmas present. Terms are 2-4 weeks delivery. No arrival for Christmas. Fingers crossed for sons birthday presents instead for early January!!!! Still no sign of the goods...... Christmas rush apparently as told in email.
I'm still waiting for the goods to be delivered and it's now being delayed due to Corona virus!!!! Absolutely disgraceful service 3 months waiting and no sign. Can't apparently be refunded due to personalisation. I certainly won't be recommending or using this company again. Don't order unless you wish to throw your money away.
