The good point is the view from the hotel is good. very peaceful. Good for those who do not want to got out a lot and relax in the resort only.
But it is too far. the taxi charges around 400 Rs. to travel from main mall to the resort. the maintaince is also not good. It charges more than it should. Definately not recommened for older people.
When we reached the room was dirty, The toilet was also dirty. We had call up reception. Though they gave prompt service we expected that the room would be prepared for us. In our two days stay no body came to change the towels etc.
We had to walk down atleast 20 min to go the mail mall. And by 8 the roads towards this hotel was empty and dark. if we do not pay for taxi we have to walk down in the empty road.
There are much better hotels in Kokaikanal than this.
