Never ever faced such a terrible customer experience, it's better to book flights without their travel insurance as you only have to suffer zero refund over zero refund plus their pathetic handling overall and oh yes their customer support numbers never get connected. Not really expect anything but still the claim numbers are 400401-2113-19-3-702680-01 and 400401-2113-19-3-702677-01
