Such a awful service. Lazy morons at all the stores in the name of customer advisors. Usual work hours of the outlets are till 9.30pm. I’ve been denied entry at 3 different stores in Visakhapatnam saying that there store is closed before 9pm. I walked in to MVP lenskart at 8.15 pm and they didn’t have a optician at the store. Moved to cbm compound store at 8.30 pm and they said that they are closed for the day. Then headed to dhondaparthy store at 8.45pm and surprisingly the executive at the store was like “ what would you like to buy” and without even listening to the response he stated that their store is closed. Out of curiosity I’ve been to Dabagardens store by 9.pm and they shutter down the outlet too. I should mention that the standards of the outlets in Visakhapatnam is just crap.
