Lenskart doesn’t replace lenses for the frames. Why?? Because you haven’t bought an insurance for it (which probably expires after a certain period and needs renewal). If the lens is broken a new spectacle has to be bought and this is never revealed at the time of purchasing the spectacles. Only the insurance is offered. Imagine having insurance for your glasses instead of the service of replacing the lens. And the insurance is offered like it is life insurance.
I think customers would be happier if a better service for the items purchased there. Very disappointed!!
