I bought an LG AC Q12YNZA 1 ton from Amazon.com. I wanted my known person to install as AC as there were various apprehension about the service provided. The guy from this service centre(named Jobin Jo) called and told that only LG authorized staff can install the AC else the warranty will be void. He was asking 2000 rs for a 1 ton AC stabilizer which is available for 1600 rs in market. Also he was very rude to me and disconnected the call in between. I was worried about the investment of my hard earned money, so I called the Service centre"Aar Kay Tech" in Venalla Kochi. The person Mr. Venugopal pciked up my call and he was more rude and asked me to do what ever I want to.I now am returning the LG Ac due to extremely pathetic customer service.
