Brought the product from LG Showroom at Camac Street Kolkata, at a price of INR 49, 990 in year 2013, August and started using from April 2014.
Till 2.5 years there were absolutely no complain, and lucky I did
not go for a AMC
From late 2016 the SALT and RINSE indicator started flashing
even when there was enough SALT and RINSE AID
From 2017 mid motor started making buzzing noise and today the whole housing complex understands that I am
operating the dishwasher by the large sound it makes. Friends,
this is no joke.
Called LG on each occasion and found the following <> No adequate knowledge
Calls not answered and closed with their own lying remarks
Avoid calls of this nature
Parts not available
Gives excuses that for this type of trouble the whole
internal assembly needs to be changed and estimate
cannot be provided without taking the machine to factory.
Now, the utensils are getting washed but with heavy calcium/magnesium deposits - Rinse Aid not working
Door not working - need to switch off the main and then restart
Looks good no doubt. I doubt whether in India dishwasher
should be bought or not as 98% still relies on maids doing the
washing.
