My LG AC was not cooling couple of months back. Lodged a complaint with LG customer care who sent some body after couple of days. He said gas is low, so filled up gas and took around Rs.2000. Aftrer few days same problem again. This time also technician came after more than a week from date of complaint and took the out door unit to replacent the coil completely with a new one. Came back, fixed and collected Rs..6000, After few days same problem again which clearly shows the problem was not identified in the first two services. This time also we are waiting for the technician after so many days.


My humble advice is please do not purchase LG Air conditioner mainly due to their worst service and customer care.
