My name is sovit gurung and I taken 2 wheeler loan from L&T finance 2018 Oct My 1 EMI was not dedcuted due to 1rs less in my account however I called your customer care and they told me that due to less amounts of 1 Rs emi is not been deducted they said me to put the totally amount so that they can re deduct I did that I called customer care more then 4 to 5 times had a word with senior management he said even the re deduction is not done buthe said me that keep ur amount by 30 Oct they will dedcuted I did that I even call customer care on 30 oct one guy pick the call and said man ur email is dedcuted so I got assured after that my salary was credited I dint bother to check my balance amount and my emi I paid on time if u see my record there are no bounce at all after that every month I used to get a call for late payment I even shouted that guys when my amount is dedcuted that why they are calling for the amount colletion today I had a word with one of ur head dept he told me that we never re deduct the emi coz of RBl guide lines now from last 10 months I am being charge for late payment only for the false thing which ur executive told me you should not lie to urgeunie customer who pay the emi on time without fail I want a compensation for this fake statement Or I will go to consumer court
