I am writing in this public forum since I wasn't able to get a resolution from you all even after speaking to you for more than 5-7 times and visiting your branch 3+ times.I have applied for a credit card( which I regret doing now) and filled the form myself. It’s your employee's incapability to update the details on your records correctly and they didn't update my address incorrectly.For the first time, I thought it’s a human error and so I filled the form once again. After following up in the next 10-15 days( which is the timeline given by you) , I get to know that again the address is incorrectly updated. My agony continued even after submitting the credit card application for the 3rd time personally - confirming each and every detail. And guess what, even this time the result was the same.You can check your records how many times have I called and spoken to your executives. Every time they answer the call, they say they are happy to help! Seriously? All the help they provide me is to go online and submit a request using the'Write to Us' option. I must tell you, every time I try to put in a request, I get a freaking big error message asking me to try again. As if this is the only job I have.I walk in to a branch, they say I need to have a savings account to update the address at a branch. They speak to representatives and the representatives at the customer care say it will be done. And strangely, the timeline is standard for everything( I guess) . 10 - 15 days to freaking update an address - are you freaking kidding me! Every other bank updates it within 72 hours tops! What special do you do in updating an address? And you claim to be the best bank - Bull Crap! I am so fed up with you all that I want to tell you - Shove that goddamn card in your back side! So much so, that I have already transferred my loan to another bank. That's how frustrated I am! You are definitely losing out on a customer.Let me also tell you, I was so impressed with the Kanyadaan insurance plan of yours that I wanted to take it for my daughter. You guys lost that also.I'm going to write about this in all possible forums & spread the experience I had! Thanks for Nothing! Never going to recommend this bank to anyone - for sure!
