Most of the employees behaving like RBI Governor. Worst service. For address change, I had worst experience. Not even in any public sector bank I have faced this kind of experience.


Piped gas connection is not fully implemented and processed in Tamilnadu yet. Then How could a customer provide the Piped Gas connection bill as a local ID proof? Even other private bank (Axis bank) is accepting the cylinder gas connection bill as local ID proof. Then why this bank alone not accept?.. Axis bank and Yes bank service is very good compare to this bank. Kotak Mahindra bank employees behaviour Worst than public sector bank.. They Not at all ready to service.. Worst service. I will quit this account soon.
