This is a bad idea implementing keya for customer interaction. They should understand that customer support is to support the customers from Bank end for their issues and queries. Instead of doing that by employing agents , they are making a robot to interact with the customer. That too we need to shout and repeat a simple"yes" for atleast 5 times to make it understand. This is ridiculous. The bank is making a customer to close the account just because of this annoying thoughtless idea of customer support service. Worst experience
