I was taken salary personal loan amount of 1.68 L from Kotak bank on Nov 2017 and paid my EMI's on time few months then I was resigned my job still I paid my EMI on time into the same account then you guys started taking the money from my account like 1000 and 2000 rs every month. I was visited Nungambakkam branch and inquired about it. One of your assistant managers was said it's salary account now salary isn't credited so she asked me to maintain 10k. I clearly said to her that I was jobless I can't do that.

Then she asked me to close my salary account and open zero balance kotak811 account, as per your company employee instruction I was opened it. Started paying my EMI on time. MY EMI date is 5th I used to credit the money on before 4th every month but every month I used to get check-bounce mail and after 2 days they used to debit the EMI amount from New Zero balance account. Every month I was paid an additional 1000 2000 like that. When I was closed my salary account I kept 1000rs they said I will get it in the form of DD in 7 days but yet to received anything it happened 1 year back. I was contacted your customer service team thousand of thousands of times regarding my EMI check bounce they haven't responded. Finally, I called once I said them I won't pay my loan EMI from now till my issue get rectify. Then I stopped paying my EMI amount of two months.

You collection agent Mr. Ravi(8248518023) and His manager was visited my home and I have explained to them clearly then they understand that mistake is not from my end. I told them clearly I can't pay penal charges late fees and all I can pay my two months EMI. Mr. Ravi and his manager have promised me that the penal and late fees of 2500 will be waived off. asked me to pay the two months EMI and they told me that he will make some ECS process from next month I can pay automatically from my different saving account.

As he promised I have paid 2 months EMI and waiting for ECS process. Mr. Ravi told me he having some working and till then waiver and ECS process you can pay the EMI amount by Cash every month. I used to pay my EMI every month before 5th to Mr.Ravi past 6 months still every-month I was receiving check bounce emails. Whenever I ask about waiver off and ECS he is used to telling give me 10days time like that. Finally, he says my manager not responding like that. From 2500 rs penal charges now it shows 7500+.

Please inquire with Mr. Ravi and check with him about the issue. I have all the proof when I paid my Emi's by cash and call recording with MR. Ravi.

last month EMI I didn't make it because of the issue. I'm ready to pay my complete loan amount in a single shot. But I can't pay penal charges and late fee.
