Bought two chimneys from kaff patna dealer, product is very good but service guys are extortionists. While servicing my chimney they asked to replace the perfectly ok fan blade for 1700 when i said no he practically sabotaged the chimney bcoz as soon as he was gone there was short circuit inside the chimney and its buttons stopped working one by one and mcb got tripped every time. Please improve the service.
