MY WIFE AND SON WERE TRAVELING FROM INDORE TO JAIPUR 10 NOVEMBER 2019 6: 55 AM INDORE TO DELHI BY 6E 6013 AND FROM THERE DELHI TO JAIPUR 6E 212 AT 9:15AM. IT WAS EARLY MORNING HOPING FLIGHT WHICH I BOOKED FROM INDIGO OFFICIAL APP. ON DAY OF JORNEY WE WERE ON THE WAY TO AIRPORT AS WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR WEBCHEKIN SEATS ONLINE AROUND 5:45 AM JUST AN HOUR BEFORE WE GOT CALL FROM INDIGO TO SHIFT OUR FLIGHT FROM MORNING TO EVENING 4:55 PM AS DUE TO TECHNICAL REASON WE COULD NOT RACH DELHI ON TIME AND WILL MISS FURTHER CONNECTION AFTER CONVERSATION WE SHIFTED OUR PROGRAM ON AIRLINE REQUEST IN OTHER FLIGHT AS THEY MADE WITHOUT ANY CHARGE BUT LATER WE CAME TO KNOW THAT FLIGHT WAS OVERBOOKED AND THEY DID ALL CHANGE STATING LIE OF TECHNICAL ISSUE. IN EVENING WE FLEW TO DELHI BY INDIGO 4: 55PM OUR FURTHER CONNECTION FOR DELHI TO JAIPUR WAS AT 9:10 PM FROM 6E736 WHICH HAVE TO LAND JAIPUR AT 10 PM BUT WE GOT IN FLIGHT 10:30 PM WE WERE TOLD FLIGHT FROM FURTHER STATION HAS NOT ARRIVED BUT TRUTH WAS THERE WERE NO BUS DRIVER TO TAKE TO FLIGHT WE WAITED FOR HALF N HOUR LATER THEY TOLD LIEW DUE TO AIR CONJECTION WE DID NOT GET CLEARANCE AT 10:50 PM AROUND FLIGHT TOOK OFF AND LANDED JAIPUR AT 11: 30PM . THE AIRLINE CHARGES FOR HIGH PRICE FOR TICKETS, FUEL, CONVINIENCE, AND MANY MORE BUT WHAT A CUSTOMER GET RUDE AIRLINE STAFF BEHAVIOUR, NO TIME MANAGEMENT, WORST HOSPITALITY, NO ONE TO LISTEN, WORST LIERS IN WORLD AND WE ARE FOOL WHO HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO EVEN HELP OWN AS NO ONE THERE TO LISTEN. OUR PNR HP3THR. IF AIRLINE HAS SHAME AND REPO THAN ATLEAST DONOT REPEAT WITH OTHER INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. AND REASON FOR MY ANGER IS THE KID TRAVELING WITH MY WIFE GOT SICK IN TRAVEL DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGE AND UNHYGEINE ENVIORNMENT OF CRAFTS OF AIRLINE AND CREW OUR SO GOOD THAT DONT EVEN HAVE ANY SUPPORT TO MY WIFE. I PERSONALLY REQUEST OTHER PASSANGER PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL THIS WORST AIRLINE INDIGO. GREDY FOR MONEY ONLy
