Joginder Singh, the owner of the shop provide very bad service. He picked my bag from Gurugram and send it to the wrong address. he also didn't pick my call and take no responsibility to deliver it. I manage all the stuff. After paying a hefty amount of money the company takes no responsibility. it is very bad. I advise all plz do not book your consignment with them. they are irresponsible and unprofessional.
From Gurugram to Lucknow, they take 10days to deliver the luggage.
