ASHA & ANJALI: Racist, illiterate, incompetent, stupid, rude, unprofessional, trouble making, law breaking lumpen rectal scabs!

I am pasting below my recent complaint to Dept of Telecommunications:

Went to Idea store on Brigade Rd ( AshokNagar, Bangalore) last week trying to get SIM. Asha

and Anjali, incompetent fools, harassed me for multiple unnecessary documents after I gave

valid PIO card, PAN card and Central Bank of India passbook, in addition to other documents.

They were not satisfied, refused to activate SIM, demanding tourist visa AND aadhaar! These

illiterate trollops refused to listen when I told them PIO gives more rights ( permanent residency! )

than tourist visa, and refused to listen when I explained that SC already ruled it illegal for

telecoms to demand aadhaar, and refused to listen when I tried explaining that a tourist with

nothing but a 6 month visa is ineligible for Aadhaar! They refused to listen when I told them that none of the other telecoms I've done business with have been so stupid, uncooperative and illiterate regarding documents. I got my other SIMs and ACT fibernet connection with only PAN card and passbook!

Why is Idea staff allowed to brazenly harass and deny service to customers?

Why are they allowed to make ILLEGAL aadhaar demands?

Please crack the whip on Idea's incompetent lumpen managers and make sure these 2 idiots,

Asha and Anjali, get sacked immediately and blacklisted from further employment in telecom sector.

Additionally, when I reached out to CS via email, one Rasika was not helpful at all. I sent her

clear color photos of PIO and PAN, she replied telling me to send "Indian documents"and

specifically mentioned tourist visa and aadhaar!

WHEN did valid PIO card, PAN and public sector bank passbooks STOP being "Indian

documents? "

WHY is nobody at DoT doing anything to police these telecoms and force them to give basic

customer support?

WHY is everyone so hostile and apathetic to paying consumers?

Have you any idea how much we pay in daily taxes? Sales tax, GST, etc.

We pay out the nose for telecom services and taxes, but get nothing in return except arrogance, apathy, incompetence, difficulties, problems, timewastage, harassment and a kick in the head!

I swear, I've lived in 2 countries, visited 5 more, and this is the only place I've seen where equal employment opportunities for women has failed miserably and backfired severely! Chinese housekeepers and front desk staff and store clerks are more sensible, intelligent and cooperative than college degree holding women working in Bangalore telecom, banks, hospitals, govt offices, clinics, call centers, etc. Hungarian air hostesses are better. Mexican ladies who process Indian travel documents in the Consulate are more intelligent, courteous, productive, efficient and helpful- let's give them Indian citizenship since they are experts in Indian gov documentation, let THEM work in places that demand KYC, so that customers get the basic services they're entitled to without being screwed bloody by illiterates who know nothing about the documents required!

Most of the time, when I walk into a place to get business done, my business gets handled when I deal with a man. But when I'm forced to deal with women, they deliberately throw monkey wrenches into everything, foul up paperwork, waste time, cause unnecessary headaches and delays, and act hateful simply because they feel entitled to destroy someone's day, if not their life. They reach a state of divine ecstasy when they know they have caused misery for others. Using words like "no, can't, won't, sorry"and making incredibly stupid, complicated and unnecessary demands are the things that help them reach a state of malicious bliss! Women who behave this way obviously do not have any qualifications to work with the public, they are not getting hired due to any professional skills, only nepotism, goondagiri ( blackmailing men for undeserved positions and pay hikes) , and randigiri.

When I got my other 3 sim cards from Aircel, Airtel and TataD, I dealt with men and they were very sensible, cooperative and easy to work with. They did not waste my time with stupid and unnecessary demands. When I got my ACT fibernet connection, it was quick and easy dealing with their male staff. Furthermore, all these men were satisfied with documents given. They were happy with PAN card and bank passbook.

Recruitment of employees should be based on MERIT, not political correctness, nepotism or willingness to give backroom oral presentations. Don't hire stupid, incompetent, uncouth, attitude throwing, worthless excuses for women just to say you are "inclusive."If you can't find intelligent, sensible, professional, well behaved, QUALIFIED women to do the job, don't hire any at all, stick to men. I'd rather deal with a sensible man than a mentally stunted and criminally insane woman like the 3 Idea trollops who made me suffer for the past week.
