Guys I have studied in ignou and basically I am from delhi so I will talk about the conditions of ignou in delhi.
IGNOU have a very wide range of multiple courses whether it is degree course or certificate, In ignou you have advantages and dis-advantages both in some cases first let me talk about what are the advantages of ignou likewise you already know ignou provide many course and they also have a wide range of there study centers also in all over india especially in delhi they have over 150 centers some centers also provide regular classes also, and the fee structure is also budget friendly like you don't have to pay too much for a course.
and now here are the disadvantages specially for BCA, MCA students there is no such good environment for students who are studying bca and mca they face to much difficulty in completing there degree because of the very bad administration.
2.sometimes they also get failed to provide study materials in time.
3.in appropriate marking system.
4.lack of support when you have any enquiry something there is no call support you have to visit your regional center every time.
5.some students also face problem in getting there certificate ir degree after completing the course.
and here's my final opinion about joining ignou or not
If you want to study BA, B.com or any management course or if want to join for short term certificate course I will recommend you, you can join ignou specially when doing BA, B.COM its better than DU
But in other case if you want to do Bca, Mca I strongly recommend you please remove in university if you have in your list, a strong disagreement when you want to study Bca, Mca
