I had a problem with my washing machine 1 month back, they took it for repairing. After repair(paid 6000 for the repair), within couple of days it stopped working. After calling 10 to 15 times, finally one person came and took the PC board for repairing it again. Till now am not able to connect to him, when I checked with the customer care they are keep saying technician will come today, tomorrow. Absolutely irresponsive service from IFB, don't use their service at any cost, it is waste of money and waste of time.
