X360 is a good notebook, till you have to take support from HP. My laptop got dead and then had to chase HP for almost 1 week to set a visit of engineer. Mind you have taken extended on site warranty. Engineer came and diagnosed the problem as motherboard fault. So waited another week and finally the motherboard got cha ged and my laptop got issue of bitlocker. Now HP is saying that is not there problem. I have taken an embedded OS laptop from HP and now this issue is not there. Contacted Microsoft and they said its a hardware mismatch. Then my IT ssupport team checked the motherboard version and yes instead of windows 10 they have given windows 8 version, which most probably is a used one. Now let me tell you I have never activated bitlocker as its a company laptop and as a policy our IT department also doesnt do it. My MS account online has all details of this laptop and it shows bitlocker suspended, which is a proof that bitlocker is never activated on my system. But HP is not agreeing on it. Am totally stuck and have realised HP service is pathetic and they are trying to pass the buck. All other make have an option to bypass this scenerio in case of change in hardware DELL, asus, acer but HP is HP- Highly Pathetic
