Today I am sharing my bad experience on this hotel named "WATERLILY "which is situated in indore.i listen that this hotel is good for stay so I stay there for meeting purpose, but there guest service is not good . they give me room no 201 the room is good but they not change badsheet so I say manager to change, when I take shawer I found that they did not have hot water really there service is not they explain, when they serve me dinner the staff did not provide me salad when I ask they apologize but they serve me stale salad . so overall this hotel has not good guest service and food taste.
