This is Dr Sonia Hasija, an unfortunate owner of Honda jazz 2018 vx model (HR 26DV 6744)purchased in December 2019. On first service I had complained about issues in starting the car and difficulty in changing gears at infinity Honda workshop.i was told that the gears are a bit rough and there is no problem in starting as per diagnostics. Now on 27 th June that is within 6 months of purchase , on my way to cousins marriage we stopped for a break near Aligarh after which it failed to start.i asked costumercare no. they asked if I have road side assistance, all of their advices failed to start the car, now I was asked to reach nearest workshop on my own which was around 30 km in Aligarh. The ordeal lasted for about 1 hour with a faulty piece sold to me and your team gave all kind of excuses.Finally I took car out of the way to Aligarh where they diagnosed a problem and asked me to submit the car there since fault was major , they warned me about possibility of similar incidence if I continue and they were right it stopped two times again, needless to say I missed the wedding .I submitted the car today to infinity Honda workshop today, where I asked them what if same thing happens again they had no answer.Now if you want to sell your RSA by selling defective pieces you should add it in gross price, secondly give me a written guarantee that if it stops again you will refund/change the piece, third while selling Honda jazz to a customer add a warning to drive at owners risk , not to take it for long distance, not to go through isolated stretches and not to be driven by females alone in your car as it might stop anytime and any mishap may occur which obviously your irresponsible company does not want. After multiple mails to top management no one has even cared to atleast acknowledge.so please do not buy jazz as
