I gave my car to these guys as I had a problem with the driver's side key not opening the car door. They repaired the problem for me.in such a way that now I can open the same door with any key - basically anything that'll fit the key slot.
When I reported the problem, I was told that "This is the first time in our service history that we have had such a problem. If you could have my key broken/damaged inside the steering column, you could get the entire key-set changed and it would be covered under the any-time warranty."
Not only do these people do a shoddy job repairing your cars, they even have the audacity to tell their customers to do unscrupulous things to get around accepting their faults.
