I bought hero spender bike  Here is the scenario, I ordered a "Hunk Double Disk Metallic Brown Color" on Dec 27 2013 for the new Year(though NO Offer was provided by the Hero dealer for new year), and the First sales guy'xxxx' whom I met during booking confirmed me that the bike will be delivered by Jan 20 2014.

I was not having an alternative transport during this period, and I used bus for commuting from my home to office for that period. On Jan 20th 2014 I went to the nandhanam hero showroom again and when asked the sales guy'xxxx' said "it would take another 10 days as it was Pongal Holiday last week". I was upset and asked for cancellation of the booking as the sales guy did not delivered my bike as promised during the booking three weeks ago.

When I was arguing, the showroom manager came and asked me to wait, instead of creating noise in office. He also claimed the Lorry which was bringing the Double disc Hunk bike is running slow from the hero factory at north India, and he could not tell exactly the location of the lorry  in current date. I again consoled myself and waited for the bike.

Now the sales manager jumped in to help me with another sales guy'yyyy' and Finally On Feb 5th 2014, There came the lorry from Hero factory from North India, and what I got was a "Single Disc Version" instead of the "Double disc version" of the bike, and I was again compromised to buy it by the sales manager.The showroom guy did not give me the "service book" of the bike and also It was still missing with the "foot guard on the bike's exhaust pipe" and after two days again, I got it fixed in my bike.

Of all these hurdles, The registration took 5 working days to get completed and for generation of the bike regn. number.

Till today, Feb 24, 2014, I did not get the Hunk service book(which was supposed to be given during payment for the bike), RC original of my bike. It was pathetic that the entire sales team and office staffs are never customer friendly from the date of booking till the bike is delivered to the customer.
