We recently used them for relocation and had horrible experience. Most of important furniture has been scratched and there are atleast 8-10 items missing. They are most unprofessional group of people . Once you use them you only need to follow up with them till you get rest of your stuff. Their Pune staff is very rude and we will work only if you give them extra tip. They will bring your stuff always alongwith other 2-3 customers and then wil mix all those things and you will losse many items. Also we doubt how they get so many positive reviews certainly from their own people.
