Service. Review on Hans Travels, Indore

My review is for all the passengers who wish to prefer HAN's travels.it's my suggestion that doesn't choose this travels if you want a peaceful journey and want to reach your destination on time.I had a very bad experience in my life by traveling with this travels bus after paying 1500 per ticket whereas it shouldn't be more than 900rs.

I boarded at Dhakkan wala kua Indore on 01/01/2018 which was the first day of the new year at 9.30 pm.The bus departed on time from the boarding location.First thing is bus was having so bad suspensions that we can't sit or sleep in one direction.It was just like bouncing ball feeling.My journey was of around 600 km which is to finish within 12 to 13 hrs.After 200 km the bus got breakdown around 2 o'clock in the midnight with some steering problem.

And the bus was stopped at some daba in such a place where there was no toilet's facility.Bcoz of the bus condition, all of our family members were suffering from vomiting n stomach pain including me also in the end after controlling myself for a long time.My wife has to go for the toilet in the open, finding some place to hide.So think about the service n safety about there passengers they are giving.My wife woke up me in the middle of the night as she wants to for toilet n as I woke up the bus was parked at a side near a small daba.

I thought the drivers might have taken a tea break or they may be getting a switch.And without asking about it we went back to sleep as we were sleepy.After a long time, I got woken up and the time was 7 am in the morning, that means from 2 o'clock the bus was there only where it was when we got down for toilet.I asked the driver about the problem and he replied that steering got failed.I asked then now what.The reply was, I don't understand what to do.Then I tried calling on Call Center Service about the bus incident, the reply was Haan we know the bus got a breakdown and standing at some place and we sending another bus.That person's reply was so arrogant, as I like it's none of their business.

Then I informed some other co-passengers about the situation and in some time all got down.Everyone got annoyed by the situation and the driver's reply was, another bus will come in some time as it's on the way.Someone calling to the owner and some to the call center.The interesting part is one of the co-drivers reply, he was saying it's the problem of steering.

If it would have an engine's or even if it would've brakes problem I could've taken you'll till to Pune.So this means they don't bother about passengers life also.And another interesting part is owner's reply to the driver after informing about the bus problem that doesn't call me again as I arranged another bus.But he is not bothered about the passengers.And later we came to know that there was stone pelting, raasta rokho and vehicles burning is happening all around the Maharashtra state bcoz of some issues between Marathas and Dalits when we were somewhere near Dhule city.

So it was another tension created between all the passengers.But God's grace I think, we finally reached our destination next day around 9.30 pm after traveling for 24 hrs.So this is the story about this travels and about their services.So think many times before you choose to do your journey with this travels.
