I Amit has bought Battery Operated Pottery wheel with Bill No 12506 of cost (1749) on 25 Dec 20 from Hamleys Showroom (store code THI02) of departur e Terminal 3 Airport Delhi.
The staff at Showroom didn’t give demonstration of the pottery wheel in spite of repeated request from me.
On Arrival of my home it was found that the toy was not functional as the conductor plates with spring at the brackets of Batteries were found missing.
The staff named Miss Pradeep was aware about the problem of toy. The untrained staff intentionally didn’t give the demonstration of detective Pottery Wheel.
It is request to do needful action on the staff at Hamleys Showroom, departure Terminal 3 Delhi and change the toy as the same in against reputation of highly prestigious Toys Showroom Hamleys.
