Today only, I had a visit at this outlet of our favorite brand that is Haldiram, and it came out to be a nice outing place with quality food.
Food :
Haldiram is a known and trusted brand for food lovers especially for vegetarians who all are loving snacks.
Food is of many varieties ranging from Daily snacks to proper meals ( Thali system) and a big range of Sweets too ( very delicious)
Chinese, south indian, North Indian , Shakes, deserts and much more in varieties are available.
In section of Sweets, there are lot of varieties some are very unique and attractive in appearances.
Presentation :
Its simply designated as an Awesome one.
Especailly during festive seasons , you can have a lot of packed varieties mainly for sweets as well as other stuffs like Namkeen etc.
At regular days also , they will present ordered items in well maintained dish plates with good quality stuff.
Taste :
Its excellent , Fresh , and safely delievered at your end ( self service system)
Its delicious with almost every variety of food they have ( my personal favorite is Rajkachori, motichoor ladoo)
Because of its taste mainly its highly popular among consumers.
Ambience :
At Ground floor, there is a section for packed snacks like Namkeen etc and section for Sweets varieties.
At first floor, they have sections for various cuisines ( main section)
Both floors have spacious arrangements for seating capacity and a well maintained waiting que at the cash counters.
Its well maintained, neat and clean, and attractive in appearances both interiors as well as exteriors.
Accessibilty :
Nearest Metro Station is Bata Chowk, you can come by walk also to this outlet ( located in city mall )
Or , you can have a visit here by your owned vehicle as there is ample space for secured and well coordinated parking space.
Customer service :
May be during heavy rush at the outlet or especially while festive seasons , you will have to wait a bit for your items to be ordered or delievered or served.
But in usual days its always good and well coordinated, as que system is there at the cash counters as well as at serving desks.
Staff is well dressed , well behaved ( usually) , and responsive to the orders placed.
Your order for packaging too takes less time due to a responsible customer service by their staff.
Value for money :
In concern to value its very much worth to have such quality stuff.
Otherwise, costs are bit higher than any other brands in same segments ( especially sweets section )
But , its a most trusted and used brand in this segment and they have always maintained a quality standards.
