I was working for a Pharma Company till 2008 as an Import Export Assistant. I had to remove many many printouts for the documentation part. The printer I was using was the same one. This printer is excellent. You can take printouts either black and white or colored.
Secondly, it also has a Xerox machine attached so you are free to remove the Xerox as per your requirement. Recently, my brother has purchased the same machine and when I saw it, I was left with no words.
The printout comes very nice. Secondly, it is adjustable and can be kept anywhere or even in a very small space.
